PLEASE NOTE: A signature will be required for delivery. Please provide an address that will have someone available to sign for the book during normal business hours. Payment due in US dollars per book ordered is: $507 for US shipping addresses ($495 + $12 shipping); $525 for shipping addresses in Canada ($495 + $30 shipping); $535 for Mexico ($495 + $40 shipping); and $555 for all other countries ($495 + $60 shipping). The cost of shipping is included in this payment. |
