Frequently Asked Questions

Are your books available in stores?
At this time, our books are only available from this website.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard for orders placed via the website. If you wish to pay by check or money order, you may mail in your payment (See below).

May I mail in my payment rather than paying online?
Yes, you certainly may. If ordering Recording the Beatles by mail, please click here. If ordering Kaleidoscope Eyes, please click here.

How much is shipping, and how long do orders take to arrive?
For in-stock items, orders placed Sunday through Thursday usually ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday ship on Monday.

US ORDERS: All US orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, and the cost of shipping varies between $10 to $15 depending on location. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days.

NON-US ORDERS: All non-US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. While Priority Mail International is the least expensive option we have found, it is still costly to mail a 12 pound parcel across the ocean. The shipping cost for mailing a copy of Recording The Beatles to most of Europe is around £40-50. By comparison, the least expensive option via FedEx or UPS is around £84 / €112 ($163 USD), so USPS is certainly the most cost effective method. Please note that the customer pays actual shipping cost and that we make no profit whatsoever from the postal fees. Please use the rate calculator at http://ircalc.usps.gov to determine exact shipping costs to your location. (Note that our books will not fit into the less-expensive "flat rate" boxes listed on the USPS page.)
